Returns & Refunds

IMPORTANT

Making Returns Easy:

  • You've got 14 days from receiving your order* to make returns hassle-free.
  • Reach out to us at customercare@azobject.com or through our CONTACT page, sharing your order number and the item you want to return.
  • Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on where to send your package. Remember, items sent back without a prior return request won't be accepted.

Checking In and Reporting:

  • As soon as your order arrives, give it a quick check. If there are any issues like defects, damages, or receiving the wrong item, let us know right away.

Key Return Conditions:

  • Please make your return request within 14 days of receiving your package.
  • The items you're returning should be in their original, undamaged condition, with all tags intact. And, we appreciate it if the items are unused. Washing and modifications are not accepted.
  • Covering the return shipping cost is usually on you, unless there's a shipping error from our end.
  • We'll send you a shipping label post-approval, and kindly drop off the package within 3 days.
  • Unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. And if we notice multiple returns without good reason, we might have to cancel your future orders.

Items for Returns:

  • For footwear, pop on some clean socks and try them out on a carpeted floor. When sending them back, include the dust bag and the original shoe box to keep everything in top shape.
  • Clothing should come back with intact tags. Please avoid letting antiperspirants, cosmetics, or perfume stain your clothes, and be gentle with jewelry to prevent any fabric scratches.
  • There are a few items that we can't accept returns for, like intimate clothing, hair contact products, jewelry, and gift cards.

Exchanges:

  • Right now, direct exchanges aren't on the menu. For size or delivery errors, we suggest returning and re-ordering.

Getting Your Refund:

  • Once we get your return and give it the once-over, we'll shoot you a notification. If everything checks out, we'll automatically process your refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember, the shipping cost for your original order won't be part of the refund. After issuing the refund, if more than 15 business days pass without your refund, drop us a line at customercare@azobject.com.

*Non-Refundable Stuff:

  • SALE ITEMS
    Clearance discounted products are not subject to return or refund conditions for non-major defects.
    Products purchased during sale periods are eligible for store credit only.
    Store credit will be issued through A ZOBJECT Gift Card.
  • CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
    Customized products are not eligible for return or refund.
  • PERSONAL PRODUCTS such as earrings and intimate clothing, hair contact products, and jewelry.
  • & GIFT CARDS.

Pre-Order / Order Cancellation:

  • Pre-order product orders and certain unfulfillable orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-10 business days.
